Pinot Noir / Chardonnay

GRAPE VARIETY: 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay

REGION OF ORIGIN: Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Mendoza

VINEYARD DETAILS: Alluvial soil and drip irrigation

CLIMATE: Dry and continental with great sun exposure allowing perfect ripening

VINE CULTIVATION: Vertical shoot position trellising

VINIFICATION: Base Wine: Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. Technique used: enzymes

FERMENTATION: Inoxidable at 13 – 16ºC

Second fermentation: Champenoise Method: 12 months period of maduration in bottle, aging on its lees

AROMAS: Light red cherry fruits shows on the nose with brioche and almond toasted notes

COLOUR: The skin of Pinot Noir grape gives to this sparkling wine an attractive gold colour

PALATE: There good fresh acidity, perfect balanced and great concentration, full flavoured with fine bubbles and long aftertaste

ALCOHOL: 12,5% Vol.

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 8 g/l

TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,1 g/l

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 – 9ºC

PAIRING: This sparkling young wine pair great with the briny and salty flavors of the fresh seafood.
